Meet
Lindsay Rininger
I’ve been helping people buy and sell Arizona real estate since 2010, and while the market has changed a lot over the years, one thing hasn’t: I genuinely love what I do.
Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad was a real estate broker for more than 40 years, and I grew up surrounded by conversations about homes, neighborhoods, and the ever-changing market. At the same time, I was the kid sketching floor plans for fun and rearranging furniture on paper long before Pinterest existed.
That passion eventually led me to study interior design, giving me a unique perspective on how people live in and experience a home. Today, I combine that design background with years of real-world real estate experience to help clients see not only what a home is, but what it can become.
What I enjoy most about this business is that no two clients and no two transactions are ever the same. I love the strategy, negotiation, marketing, and problem-solving that come with real estate, but more importantly, I love building relationships and helping people navigate important decisions with confidence.
My approach is simple: communicate honestly, advocate fiercely, and make the process as seamless as possible. I take my work seriously, but I also believe buying or selling a home should be exciting. My goal is to provide exceptional service, strong guidance, and an experience that clients genuinely enjoy from start to finish.

What Clients are saying about Me
Beyond Real Estate...
Endurance sports have been a big part of my life for years. As a multiple-time Boston Marathon qualifier and two-time Ironman finisher, I’ve learned resilience, discipline, and how to keep moving forward when things don’t go according to plan. These days, you’ll still find me running most mornings and participating in local races throughout Arizona’s cooler months. Those same lessons have shaped the way I approach both life and business. The running and endurance sports community has also introduced me to some of my closest friends, clients, and referral partners, making it one of the most rewarding communities I’ve been fortunate to be part of.
While I enjoy staying active, some of my favorite moments happen around a dinner table surrounded by family and friends. I’m passionate about food, wine, and travel, and I love discovering new restaurants, collecting and tasting wines from around the world, and planning trips that often revolve around great food and wine regions. Whether it’s a hidden gem in Arizona or a vineyard halfway across the globe, I’m always looking for my next favorite bottle and the story behind it.
I’ve always had an appreciation for design in all forms, whether it’s architecture, interiors, fashion, or the small details that make a house feel like home. At the end of the day, I’m someone who values relationships, experiences, lifelong learning, and creating a life that feels both meaningful and fun.
